Lately the lockbox has been acting up, so I hope this helps: at the bottom there’s a “clear” tab that gets stuck.  Before attempting to unlock it, please push down the clear button and push all the way back up. Then enter the code and unlock.  Same applies when trying to close it up. If you have any trouble please feel free to reach out at [Phone Number] and we will help you.

GRACE PERIOD

Your rental time should include the time you need to set up and break down.  Please allow for that time when booking your rental.  At times we are able to allow early access but must be communicated and approved by owners first.

 

PARKING

Parking on our block is metered parking.  Parking on the 2900 block of West Diversey is free.  PLEASE MIND THE SIGNS and look for restrictions. There are certain times of day that parking is not permitted.

 

LOAD IN

There is no loading dock, you will have to pull up in front of studio to unload all items needed for your event.  Parking is usually available out front for this purpose.

 

STUDIO POLICIES

 

PETS

We love pets, but please do not bring any to the studio.

 

FOOD AND DECORATION

 

• Food is permitted with prior consent from Logan Square Creative Studio

• No glitter, confetti or bubbles, please

• No tacking or nailing anything into the walls.  Taping of any kind must be pre approved by the Studio

• No applying tape to the faux cement wall at any time

• Do not lean anything against the faux cement wall at any time (this wall is used for many photo shoots and must be kept in the best condition possible. Failure to comply may result in a fee for damages to the wall).  This includes the large mirror.   

• No Smoking of cigarettes, e-cigarettes or cannabis

 

BACK OFFICE AREA

Please refrain from congregating in the back area, and keep guests in the front area.  There is a substantial amount of liquor that is visible, regrettably these are not for guests.  Please refrain from helping yourself to our bar.

 

Above the bar, there are two shades that can be pulled down for additional privacy if needed.

 

CLEAN UP & LOCK UP

We appreciate you helping us keep our studio clean.  There will be a checklist available at the studio to help you when leaving.  There is a cleaning fee of $50 applied for an unacceptable condition of the studio.  We ask that all guests:

 

• Take out garbage and replace with a new trash can liner.  The alley is located to the east of the studio entrance (turn right upon walking out)

• If guests need to use any glassware or dishes, please ensure that they are cleaned and left to drain on the mats.

• A broom is available.  Please be sure to pick up any debris and food that may fall on the floor.

• Please turn off all lights prior to locking up

• Please return key to lockbox prior to leaving.
